Peterson owners (1 Viewer)

Aaron Rodgers, Adrian Peterson, Peyton Hillis, Jamaal Charles, Greg Jennings, Dwayne Bowe, Calvin Johnson. Im sure Im missing some guys but alot of studs disappointed their owners. Wow.

 
all I needed was just a few points, probably 5-10 max. This absolutely blows. I almost have to laugh at this point.

 
Well lets see...my team is AP, Hillis, Calvin, Jennings. #1 seed...going to lose to #8 seed because of Branch and Mason :banned:

 
I'm down 3 points and the other team has the Texans kicker. Gerheart is running the ball instead of Peterson. :banned:

You pretty much nailed a large part of my roster with the names you mentioned. My team was absolutely terrible this week! Hopefully next weeks playoff game won't make me regret trading Vick for Jennings/Bryant in week 5.
 
Any AD owner will recall this same thing happening during the 2007 fantasy playoffs. Complete NO-SHOW at home against the Redskins.

I have Charles, Jennings, Johnson, and Gates... but had a bye week. Still not feeling very confident next week.

Listened to the local feed on Serius radio on my way home and the announcers said he and Jackson collided knees early in the game and he hadn't been right since. The main guy mentioned a "hitch in his giddyup." Whatever that means...
 
As a player he has been known to crumble in the spotlight, not show up for big games in the playoffs. I honestly think it is a mental block he has

 
Well, I have the comfort of knowing that had I made the playoffs in my one league, I'd have lost miserably thanks to AP, Eli, TO, Maclin and Calvin. My other league though I'd be dominating. I hate missing the playoffs by one game then seeing you could have won it all.

 
I remember his other lay down very well. He got smoked by the other Adrian Peterson head to head. He's a pretty soft player for such an imposing physical specimen. I'm done with him after this season. I've had him as my keeper since he was a rookie and he's really laid some turds down during the money weeks.

We have a 1-Keeper League...(had ADP since rookie season)Next year ADP will be facing 8/9 in the box... :kicksrock: May keep Foster or Vick :unsure:

It is way to early to talk like this...but I am considering Hillis or Charles over AP as my keeper.

I agree. He's been in the league four years. I challenge anyone to find a RB who has KILLED IT in weeks 14/15/16 all four years.

All I know is that every player on my team laid an egg this week other than Moreno. It actually was quite comical. I was 12-1 with this core and thankfully had a bye.

I'm asuming with AP that it is a bad week and he will bounce back. I don't think the Vikings were mentaly there tonight. They were probably pissed about the whole playing in Detroit thing. Next week it will be the real MNF game and it will be against a hated divisional foe. I bet he bounces back. I mean he better bounce back.

Brings back bad memories. Lost my superbowl. Needed like 40+ yds and a score. Chilly thought it was a better idea having the most explosive weapon in the league on the sidelines...ugh.
 
AP knows it's the fantasy playoffs. Don't kid yourselves. I'm sure he wants to do well for his owners but by now it's pretty obvious he is too mentally weak to deliver in these situations. It's a shame.

I Picked up Joe Web. they have him listed as a WR/QB on Yahoo. So if he gets any time I could have 2 QBs going!!! :confused:

Foster had the better season by far anyway...why WOULDN'T you keep Foster?

Same boat. Have had him since his rookie year and been my 1 keeper since. Next September is a LONG way away, but having options of Charles, Hillis and Vick will make choosing only one interesting.
