If you want Keeper, Dynasty, Auction Keeper, IDP, Deep Lineups, or $500 or $1000 leagues, please request it here: https://www.phenomsff.com/leagues/request-lgs.php. These types can be filled, but I prefer to have some specific requests before setting them up.
One of the features at Phenoms FF is that you can see how many owners have signed up and how many of them have paid for a particular league. With each league listing, it displays something like: 12 team, 2p, 3u. This means it's a 12 team league, with 2 paid owners and 3 more owners that are unpaid, for a total of 5 signed up. The downside to this can be that people are less likely to sign up for leagues that show few signed up. If you're interested in a league, it's best to sign up right away to show other owners that people are interested in that league. Get the snowball effect going! You can always drop a league that hasn't filled and change to another.
