I'm excited to announce the opening of the first fantasy basketball leagues run by Phenoms Fantasy Sports. I've created two great formats: ROTO style leagues with daily moves for the hardcore player, and H2H style leagues with weekly moves for those of you with a less time that desire a format more like fantasy football. Leagues will be hosted on Fantrax.com just like baseball and college football.

I'm really excited for the H2H format because it's a fun and fair way to play without investing insane amounts of time. Waivers are processed just once a week on Sundays at 5 PM Eastern, and lineups for the following week have to be set before Monday's first game each week. This means you only have to check in Sunday afternoon to make moves and then once more after waivers process to set your lineup. The other key feature to the H2H scoring is that players are scored based on their individual stat averages for the week. This means it doesn't matter how many games they play. No need to struggle with lineup decisions based on how many games a guy plays.
