Rivers is the highest scoring player in my league Cutler is 2nd. I can't get anything close to equal value for Rivers. Rivers has outscored Cutler every week.

If Rivers outscores Cutler again today, I might have to start using him.

My league does 6, 9, 12 for length of Td's and Rivers has had quite a few over 40 yards, that being 12 pts.Cutler has had a lot of short ones, being under 10.I'm very leary of Denver blowing out KC today with the running game. Pittman has already vultured 4 or so TD's. That has me scared, but having Marshall too, I am sticking with Cutler.

Did you miss the "I can't get anything close to equal value for Rivers" part?

I offered Rivers after week 1 to the Brady owner for Witten.They only had Russell on the bench and they bid 53 of their 100 for Cassell that week.They said no. Ok that's fine, it's week 1, Rivers might have had a lucky week.my problem is no one will trade a starter, even though 13 of the highest scoring 15 in my league last year were QB'sI am in a league with a lot of people that really over-value their own players and don't understand the value of a Rivers scoring 40 a week

Many people have difficulty seperating pre-season value from current value. The circumstances in San Diego have changed providing Rivers with much more opportunity, but people will still hold on to Andre Johnson praying he turns it around.

If you can get far more for Cutler than River, deal Cutler, and start Rivers for the rest of the year.

I was really high on Rivers this year. That's why I took him the 9th-10th and Chambers and also Vincent Jackson. Jackson hasn't seen the field yet, but he is a good BYE week filler and possibly trade bailt down the line.

This is the obvious answer. To use an example already cited, what is worth more in your lineup, Rivers and Witten or Cutler and whoever you have at TE? Obviously it isn't certain you could get Witten, and I don't know who your starting TE is, but you get the point.
