No....just to season ticket holders. I think it's speeches, award presentations stuff like that. CBP will open to ticket holders at 10AM. per the e-mail.Dear Phillies Partial Season Ticket Holder,The Phillies thank you for your support as a partial season ticket holder through this great season. The Phillies celebratory victory parade presented by the City of Philadelphia will culminate at Citizens Bank Park.The parade will begin at approximately 12 noon at 20th and Market and make its way to Citizens Bank Park. The celebration at the ballpark will begin between 1:45 pm to 2:15 pm (estimated time).The Phillies would like to extend an opportunity for you to receive up to 2 tickets to this special event (WHILE SUPPLIES LAST). At 3:00 they will be open to the public on Phililes.com.They will also have tickets to go to the Link, where they will broadcast the celebration and have a brief appearance by the players.
