Need a little more context.  Are those three the only ones eligible to be kept?  What is their cost?  

If you're just asking to pick two of the three, then Adams and Graham, easy.

I would lean Adams and Graham but that is because Watkins is probably the biggest risk.  How long can you keep them for?  Does there "cost" go up each year?  With more information things may change but based on the limited info I would let Watkins go.

Adams is a lock. The second spot is tougher, but I'll go against the grain and say Watkins. He's a superior talent in a contract year, and I imagine McVay has big plans for him.
