Ajayi and Gronk, and its really not close. I guess if you have a couple weeks, you can see if Ajayi's concussion turns into a long term issue, but as of now, those seem like the easy calls.

Assuming there are no other value associated with each player (round lost, salary cap, number of years left to keep) then it's a fairly easy choice to keep Ajayi and gronk. They are the best players when comparing scarcity, opportunity and upside
Thank you for your input. I'm a bit uneasy about Ajayi, as a great deal of his value from last season came in three games, but it's not like my other choices are slam dunks either.
The benefit to keeping lower-ranked players would be that our draft order is determined by the cumulative rank of your keepers (as per CBS Sportsline's Top 200 PPR rankings). So if I pass on Ajayi and keep Keenan Allen, for example, I may move up in the draft order. Of course, it's a snake draft anyway, so that may or may not help me a lot, depending on what the draft pool looks like.
