Assuming hogan plays, I need to pick two of three for a ppr league between Jarvis Landry, Robbie Anderson, and Chris Hogan.

Tough one.   I would sit Anderson due to his matchup.

Think that Anderson and Landry are the best plays even if you were to know Hogan was to play Monday night, given that there's uncertainty I can't trust Hogan in this spot

I'd sit Hogan. 1st game back, and he could just be a decoy, as they don't need him to beat Miami.
