Pick 2 WR PPR - need quick response game starts in 45min (1 Viewer)

London game starts in 45 minutes and I need to start 2 WR from the following

Hill, Diggs, Agholor, Garcon

Leaning towards Hill & Diggs however both have question marks (Hill against tough Denver D, Diggs first game back from groin injury)

Garcon & Agholor have easier matchups but can be boom/bust

Please help me decide
