Need to decide between 4RBs in a PPR format. It's nonplayoffs so if I win this week, I'll lock down the top spot. 

Pick 2 of: Matt Forte, Bilal Powell, Spencer Ware and Kenneth Dixon

(Assuming Forte will play with his current day to day tag)

I think Ware is a lock. I think Dixon is a lock to bench. Even if Forte plays, how healthy is he? Its very possible he aggravates his injury, or sees a very limited role, I'd still go Powell, especially since its PPR.
