Scoring system matters.  Also I will assume you are not unusually deep at LB compared to other rosters, and base keep/cut decisions on the assumption of next to nothing being available on your wire.

I don't see many must-starts there with Kwon out this week.  That kind of injury really hurts in a 16-teamer.  I think you have to play Ray-Ray after the Bowman release, and Vince Williams is a reliable starter for you.

I'd probably play Klein next.  The 4th choice is a crapshoot at best.  Hightower has been a perennial disappointment on my teams, but he gets the snap counts that would have me go with him out of these choices.

I would go ahead and cut Orr as soon as you have anyone you want to pick up elsewhere.  He tried to come back and nobody would sign him.  I think his medical issues will keep him out of the league.
