Should I maybe Drop GIO and take a shot at Washington or hold tight?? PPR League

I would drop Henry in a heartbeat but this Comish has Ridiculous Rules and You have to carry 2 TE's

I'm trying to decide if I should pick him up as well. I'm in a 10 team PPR. I'm considering dropping R. Jennings for him. My other RB's are McCoy, Crowell, Charles and Dixon....what do ya think??
