it would be better if you had dropped a duke on his desk then spray painted it black and gold, maybe drop some steeler glitter on it too!

Or better yet, drop a duke on his desk and fit it with a little orange #16 jersey. Seems more appropriate to me.

maybe 20-30 minutes, i had a couple people helping me out blowing up the balloons and getting the saran wrap going.
