Pierre this week with Bell out (1 Viewer)

This is when I need him my 1 1/2 PPR playoffs start. I hope he's rested and ready to take his job back...

Mike Bell (knee, questionable) missed Saints practice in its entirety again on Friday.

Coach Sean Payton blamed Bell's absence on routine soreness in his knee, but players that miss practice on both Thursday and Friday are never good bets to play on Sundays. Look for Pierre Thomas to dominate the Saints' backfield at Atlanta. Reggie Bush isn't over his knee woes and is in Payton's doghouse, and special teamer/backup Lynell Hamilton has a shoulder injury.

Not looking good for Bell and Bush banged up and in the doghouse + Hamilton injured, this is the week to cruse with P.T

Is Lynell Hamilton still the RB4 here? I saw somewhere that his shoulder is hurt too. With every RB on this team injured is there a deep sleeper to hoard in really deep leagues just in case?

Jeff Duncan of the New Orleans Times-Picayune writes that you can "count on" Mike Bell (knee, questionable) playing Sunday against the Falcons.

Duncan writes that Bell's knee injury is "only minor." Bell missed practice Thursday and Friday, which is usually a killer for Sunday availability. But it appears the Saints were just being cautious. We wouldn't use Bell if possible against Atlanta, but his availability would hurt Pierre Thomas and especially Reggie Bush's value.

Does anyone know if Bell made the trip to Atlanta? I can't see the Saints taking him on the road just to have him sit out.
seriously?....whats an extra body on a plane and the sideline....?....if its a minor injury and he can still rehab on the road, no big deal with an extra body around....good for him to stay in contact with team/gameplan, etc....

I see some serious speculation by tied to the premature heading of the OP. Some Pierre owners are sick of waiting for their guy to shine. Well, as a Bell owner, who has better options this week....

I see the Falcons getting crushed and the game over at halftime, then a solid dose of split carries by both. 15/16 each. Good luck with that.
