I wouldn't go that far... the Steelers were still on the field when Hester caught the TD. They needed to over come one of the worst calls this year and could not.

If insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results then Mike Smith is clearly insane. Trusting his defense when he should have just kept the offense on the field for 4th and 2 was stupid if you've seen this defense play 13 games already.
