The PASS TIME FOOTBALL LEAGUE, a 21 year old league with 10 owner has three openings. We play a split season, with two drafts and in the second draft all players are returned to the draft pool to be redrafted again. There are a first and second place winner for each half (weeks 1 thru 9 and weeks 10 thru 17) who win prize money. We have an over-all winner who in addition to winning prize money will get hold our league trophy for one year. There is also prize money given to the highest score for each half. By having two seasons, no owner is out of the over-all championship since they will draft a new team in the second half. All money taken in is divided between the winners.

The $200.00 franchise is divided into two parts. $100 goes to league costs (web-site (CBS Sportline), name plate on trophy and league party money ($20.00 per owner)) with the remainder going back into the prize pool while the other $100.00 goes into the owner’s bank. We change $6.00 for each loss and $3.00 for each move and these costs go against the owner's bank. Money not spent at the end of the NFL season is returned to each owners. Some owners may own the league money at season end.

Each owner drafts 13 players and must start QB-1, RB-2, WR/TE-3, K-1, D-1 and one utility who may be any position player except quarterback.

Our draft will take place on September 3, 2015 at 5:30 in the South Hill of Pittsburgh (possibly the Bottleshop Cafe in Bridgeville).

If you are interested in joining a league you can both enjoy and compete in, please send me an email – julius@ireta.org. I am happy to send you a copy of the rules, put you in touch with current owners, etc. Thanks, and looking forward to hearing from you.
