Plaxico Burress, WR NYG
News: Giants WR Plaxico Burress' ankle injury, which has plagued him for most of the season, is apparently not getting any better, despite the fact that he gets held out of most practices every week. In fact, it may be getting worse. Burress, who was held to just 24 yards on four catches in Week 10's loss to the Cowboys, said Monday the ankle "don't feel good right now, that's for sure."
Analysis: Burress' numbers have been less-than-stellar in the last three games, and it looks like his ankle issue might finally be catching up with him. There's really no other explanation for his downturn in production at the moment. Consider him highly questionable for Week 11 against the Lions, a team with a very poor pass defense that Burress could definitely expose if healthy.
Does not sound too good...like his stat lines from the past 3 games.
