If Troy is back in there, you have to like Pittsburgh's matchups during the playoffs. Defenses are an often overlooked component to a playoff run. Players just don't seem all that interested in them. But if you can get a 4 point bonus per week, it could tip the scales for you.
I'm trying to get Denver's D off an owner but he countered with Pittsburgh. I like the matchups but wonder if I'm overlooking somebody. I don't think anyone with a chance at the playoffs is going to let Chicago (or possibly Houston) go. So who are the matchup plays. Pitt is a top 10 defense for the last month and a half. They do get to play SD, @ DAL, and CIN for weeks 14-16 so you have to like that. Especially if you don't get that bye week. Philip Rivers is about as good as it gets at giving the ball away.
Who else has great matchups but also a decent chance to score big. I mean, it might be that Jacksonville has some good mathcups, but they stink. Who is out there that may be obtainable that can really give you a shot in the arm for the playoffs?
