Thinking about Pittsburgh defense.  They have been dreadful last couple weeks and get Bal and ne next.  Could drop for gb @ clv and stream from there.  Agree?

I'd go with Rivers but only slightly.  They're both doing well the last several weeks.  Both have RBs who can catch a pass and take it to the house, which helps.    Washington has allowed QBs to score more than Philadelphia.  They both have the advantage of having home games. 

I'd go streaming with your D.  Maybe Dallas?  They have NYG coming up.  GB would work too-  just not sure how Gordon changes Cleveland's offense.  He looked pretty good last weekend and am assuming he'll get better each week.
