Cecil (and company) I got the RSS feeds to work out properly. I'm still figuring out the iTunes thing. Worked flawlessly. Halfway through the info and loving it. Cecil, good insights on Mike Bell!!! Just kidding, that came from nowhere. Next time I listen I'll keep a tab of how many times I hear "ANYWAY...."

RSS feed works great with my Creative ZenCast Organizer. Love the podcast overall but I do have to say the "Taking Shots" bit is really, REALLY annoying. I almost makes me angry. Otherwise keep up the good work GB!

Agreed... Cecil... you sound like you just went through puberty with that voice... it sounds like it's on the verge of cracking constanttly Also... lotsa stuff like "more better" and "1 thing about Owens... 1) he's a whiner..2) he's a baby...and 3)..." I thought it was 1 thing? Great podcast overall but you gotta script your stuff a little better....Love the podcast overall but I do have to say the "Taking Shots" bit is really, REALLY annoying. Inside joke on the "1 thing about Owens" I HATE when people do that. You hear it several times on the air..."two words for you... National Football League" That type of thing. I was going to edit it, but I thought the people that know me would get a kick out of it. Taking shots is unscripted. I like it better that way. I can edit it to make it sound smoother though. I kind of developed a radio voice. Mainly because since I speak so fast in person, I wanted to slow down and enunciate well for the radio. This tends to deepen the voice a bit. I'm excited about Meyer and our offense this year. If he can continue to improve like he has his first 2 years, (and if the defense isn't completely porous) they might be able to finally pull off a big-time win against a Big 12 South team. But being a Clone/Viking fan has taught me to always, ALWAYS temper my expectations.
Not sure if there is a newer thread, but I just wanted to post how much I have enjoyed the podcasts. I have an hour and a half commute on the bus and the podcasts have made the ride a lot more tolerable.
The shows are very well done and go deep into the topics

Well I planned on listening to it at the gym yesterday.
Went to Itunes, clicked on Podcasts, and downloaded 'The Fantasy Football Guys' Podcast. I ended up listening to some Kyle and Lyle (can't remember their exact names). . They actually weren't bad, but I didn't intend to download them.

Good job Cecil and crew. I hear the real info, i can tune out the overuse of "anyway" and "skill set"....it's about the content right?
I find the content helpful. I'm also a Denverite and have listened to Cecil on the radio for a few years. He's done fantasy info for a few radio stations out here.....so, I'm totally desensitized to Cecil's lexicon.

We need a podcast Drinking Game. Because heavy drinking is the only way I can tune out the constant 'non sequitor comment followed by ANYWAY' routine. The one I really need to not be sober for is the ANYWAY, followed by going back to the same comment again.
It's way worse than Michael Irvin saying "The U" over and over.

Q, download a free audio editing program called "Audacity". One of the best audio programs there is. Open the mp3. Go to Effect>Change Tempo, and type in 30 percent. Same voice, no droning! I would suggest any of the tunes from the following album The Power And The Glory. Track 11 is one of my personal favorites.

You guys are getting better with every show. Great work. But "skillset" every five minutes is like a knife in my head. I'd have a thesaurus page printed out and in hand with words like "talent" "gifts" "tools" etc. That's my only complaint. And never use Nickleback in an intro :X

I'm about 24 hours into my podcasting experience. Started with the week #1 reviews with Cecil & Wood. I'm lovin' it. Except for my pet peeve (Wood's constant 'there you go' reply). Is it necessary to say that every time you agree with something?
