I was working during the game, but I know they were saying an abdominal strain for Troy. It must have been a pretty bad strain/painful if he couldn't play the whole second half ? 
As for McFadden, don't know how he got injured because I missed the play. I don't remember any long stretch where he was lying on the field, but he was carted off so it's hard to say.
I think Tomlin will thoroughly address these injuries and those to Hampton and Hoke as well as he can 2 days postgame
