If you started one QB for 13 or more of the 16 fantasy weeks, which QB led your DYNASTY team to a championship?

No IDP leagues or 2 QB leagues, please.

Peyton in one and Rodgers in the other (voted Peyton)

My 2nd place team was a combo of McNabb and Palmer

The leagues I won with Vick I started the year with Schaub in 1 and Rodgers in the other and only switched later in the year. So I guess he technically doesn't count for me based on OP's 13 game threshold.

Another league I won I started Brady all but his bye week.

I voted Rodgers, but Vick started 7 games for me, scoring 145 points, whereas Rodgers started 9 games for me, scoring 140.

Carson Palmer in my championship start one QB dynasty. IDP with 20+ starters so I was able to make up points at other positions. I traded for Romo this offeason though

Also won a start 2 QB dynasty with Rodgers/Roethlisberger and a bit of McNabb while Ben was suspended

Used Matt Ryan and I paired him with Roddy White. My Rb's were Charles and MJD for the most part. Took over a team that had been dead last previous year and I traded to get Ryan and Charles if I remember correctly.

 why would this matter?

Because IDP leagues remove QB value. Standard leagues have 8-10 starters. If your QB is one starter in 17 (example IDP league used from this thread) the position is de-valued. 1/10th is a higher percentage of points than 1/17th, so IDP leagues skew the results of information I am looking for.

I won it all with this combo
I wish I was in your league :excited:

Well nevermind then. I graduated from non-IDP leagues :hophead:

That's just silly.

I am just trying to get a feel for the value of a top notch dynasty QB. Looks like the top 6 QBs account for 53% of dynasty wins. All other QBs or QBBC strategy account for 47% of dynasty wins. Seems pretty even, but there are only 6 QBs in the top half of fantasy scoring and there are 26 other starting QBs in the league.

But in a 12-team league, there are only 12 starting QBsso the top 50% of QBs account for 53% of the wins, looks like marginal valueObviously this doesn't account for other size leagues, teams that have 2 of the top 6, etc

Dynasty, Cutler was lights out week 16!!!!

Redraft, Ryan brought home the bacon:)

Cutler in one dynadty. I played shaun hill 3 maybe 4 times

Fitz, marshall, boldin, welker, vernon, mendy and forte were the other key cogs

Seems QB didn't much matter towards winning leagues last year. I'm guessing it had more to do with players like Brandon Lloyd, Peyton Hillis, Darren McFadden, Arian Foster.
