Our dynasty league is looking for a new local to Portland, Oregon franchise owner. This is a PPR IDP league in its 8th season.
Roster highlights are Cam Newton, Todd Gurley and Julio Jones. The open franchise has 6 draft picks this year, including the 5th overall.
