Hello all, 

We have one last position open in the first Dynasty Emperors league!  We've been going since 2013 and need just one more owner as someone decided to leave at the last minute.

Robust by-laws in place?

I didnt leave because the 1.13 pick was added. I left because nine people thought it was okay to find a solution outside of the by-laws in a non-emergency situation.

If "our" draft was scheduled to start in a day or two, and the only way to get a new owner to join was to give the extra 1st round pick I would have stuck around. Additionally, I would have voted in favor of making that change to the bylaws to prevent future problems.

It doesn't make sense to bend over backwards to add someone who said they were joining if the were given a "gift pick" or not (except, several of you are already knew the new owner).

I wasted over $100 building a team I didn't want to lose but how can I expect the other owners to be ethical on something big if they weren't when it came to something small? You guys are recruiting outsiders to a "friends league".
