...in a 12-team, full IDP setting (2pt tackle/3pt sack), what kind of return do you think Paul might bring?  

Took over this team, he's got a 3-year contract left.  The team is pretty much right in the middle talent wise and I'm thinking maybe push toward rebuild over aiming at contending thru trades.  Levy and Quinn both need to be addressed during RFA, too; not sure what I'll do with them.

For a contending team he would be a very nice LB to own.  He is consistent but I don't know if he has 3 top 10 years left especially with his injury concerns.  If you are trying to get younger with upside I would try and move him for some up and coming spots. 

It's hard to give a value without knowing how your league value the IDP side of the ball in trades.  Usually it's hard to get good value in return because people don't put a premium on the IDP side.  I am usually the guy trying to get the Poz's of the world on the cheap after other's give up on him or think he is too old.
