Almost forgot my team in the MFL Draftmasters League! I was in the B-league last season, went 12-2 and won the championship. Subsequently got promoted to the Premier League and am currently 2-0 3-0 6-0. Trying to represent FBG as best I can.

Here's my roster.

Rules are that you draft a 25-man team, and that's it. No setting lineups, no free agency, no trades. Just head-to-head best-ball format every week. Pretty standard scoring, 4 pt passing TDs and 1 PPR, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D, and 1 flex RB/WR/TE. Following the slow draft, which took place around the end of July, each owner is required to submit a writeup of their draft strategy.

Here's my writeup explaining my draft strategy.

There are a bunch of FBG's in the league, including Jeff Pasquino. It's fun to read the other writeups, see what other owners were thinking when they made their picks, etc.

Ever hear of dynasty leagues? FYI, Westbrook went in the 2nd rd of most rookie drafts when he was drafted. I don't think Brandon Marshall was chosen early in any rookie draft either, and Colston went undrafted in a lot of rookie drafts his rookie year.

THIS is for sure a 6 team laegue..westy and lt??? thats #1 and #3 overal in leagues.. and owens was early 2nd round.. this should be used for teams that have more than 5 teams

Thanks for playing Sparky but no, this is a 12 team keep 8 league in it's 6th or 7th year. This is the result of good drafting and trading. Cutler and Marshall were both drafted in their rookie years. Turner has been a handcuff for 2 years and was kept last year as a handcuff and obviously kept coming into this year. Gates was drafted as a rookie. Colston was drafted as a rookie. LT, Owens and Westie have all been acquired in offseason deals in successive years each of them from weaker teams for a boat load of good... but not elite guys.
