First off, let me say I usually don't like this rah-rah stuff and generally find it off-putting.

The linked video above has some degree of that, but its still pretty good. But certainly not the the most inspirational ever. THis is probably my favorite.

I generally hate inspirational stuff but a while back I had gotten into a career rut and I was feeling depressed and generally hopeless. This video, crazy as it sounds, was how I was able to start digging myself out. It's a little bit dated now but I think the message still resonates.
