One point PPR League.  Start QB/2RB/3WR/TE/Flex/K/Def

QB - Murray, Carr

RB - Elliott, Carson, Conner, Booker

WR - AJ Brown, Kupp, Chase, Boyd, Gallup, Samuel, Shepard, Patterson (only as a WR in this league)

TE - Fant, Goedert

K - Bass

Def - Streaming Patriots this week

Given my strength at WR and my very thin RB group, would you offer up AJ Brown for Joe Mixon or would you stand pat for now and just hope Carson comes back productive?

I would pull the trigger on that trade. Its very hard to get a RB these days and Joe Mixon is very fair for AJ. Brown they actually are pretty even ROS. I think it would be wise to get Mixon to help bolster your RBs.

Based on your roster construction I think it is a fair trade.  I may try and shop Patterson for a RB2 type though to keep your top 3 WR's.  There is more than one way to get a RB that will help you.  I would start off looking at RB2 types to keep those top 3 WR's as I think that helps your team more.  Bjut if you can't get anything done in those terms then the original offer is a fair deal.

Not in a million years in a dynasty league.

And probably not in redraft.  Never owned Mixon but coveted him when he came into the league.  Injuries have taken much of the allure and I'm not sure you can depend on him for a long stretch.  Brown has come on recently, possibly close to 100% healthy and the offense should evolve without Henry.  I'd keep Brown and mine the waiver for RB options.
