Might want to limit the # of potential of waiver wire gems to a couple per position in each week.

11/21 WRs had this designation as did 8/17 of the RBs.

Nope, the more the merrier.

I don't want them not to mention a guy with upside just because they've already hit some arbitrary limit.

There are always a lot of them at this time of year. IN a few weeks, you'll have your wish and there will only be a couple at any given position.

This makes sense if you think about it, as the designation is supposed to highlight players performing (or with a chance to perform) well above their previous ranking. Early season...there is a LOT more movement of player ranking.
