Thinking of making a couple moves. Think with the way the standings are right now, I need to win this week to secure a confirmed spot in the top 6 for our playoffs that start W15. Any mistakes here?

WAIVER:
Drop N.Chubb for I.Guerendo (Chubb has been inefficient and TD dependent, Guerendo just became the RB1 on his team with CMC/Mason tandem going to IR)
Drop D.Smith for J.Jeudy (this one I am iffy on, Jeudy been consistent since Winston became starter and Smith hasn't had a good game since W9)

AFTER WAIVER:
Drop Broncos for Eagles>Buccs>Titans>Saints
Drop B.Aubrey for C.Dicker

I could also drop C.Otton for Guerendo/Warren/Jeudy since it seems like his role is lessening with Evans back in the lineup.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

I agree that dropping Otton is best for Guerrendo or Jeudy and dropping Chubb for other wouldn't be bad either. What about dropping a QB?

A bit nervous about going 1 QB with it being bestball. TE I'm a bit more comfortable with since the floor to ceiling ratio isn't normally as crazy, but a bad QB week vs a good QB week is more likely to put a nail in the coffin for me.

The plan is solid. As much as I would want to keep Chubb, CLE just isn't blocking well and he doesn't have the upside he usually does. For a BB he can be dropped as he is mostly a roster clogger in that format this year.

Guerrendo and Jeudy are must adds in BB formats.

Yeah, plus Chubb's upcoming schedule is not the friendliest (PIT, KC, CIN, MIA, BAL). Guerendo's also isn't amazing but I feel like his upside is a bit higher.
Feels bad possibly letting DeVonta go, but he has just been an anchor on the roster for the last 4 weeks especially since we don't have IR slots. Feel like Jeudy would slot in there much better since he's woken up along with the Browns DEF & DeVonta still has AJB/Barkley/Hurts to compete with when it comes to RZ targets and targets in general, though it does seem like Goedert might be out for a few weeks possibly.
