PPR: D. Thomas or T.Y. Hilton ROS (1 Viewer)

Have Thomas and T. Hill as my two WRs but being offered TY Hilton as part of a deal.

Is TY a decent/significant upgrade in PPR?

"As part of a deal" tells us nothing. Are you giving up one of those two to get him? Do you start more than 2 WRs or start a flex? TY is roughly even to Thomas. He has a lower floor but higher ceiling. Indy is terrible so they are going to be throwing it a lot late in games. Once Luck comes back TY gets a significant boost but only to his ceiling. That's the best I've got with the vague information you've offered up.
