I keep Chubb.  TE is easier to find especially in a 10 team league.  Chubb has potential to be top 5 RB and is going to be an RB1 (top 10-12 RB) unless he gets injured.  You can't find that later in the draft.

I think a good RB is more valuable than a good TE especially in a league with an extra flex.  I also think the difference between the 9th and 12th rounds are negligible.  I would take any opportunity to load up on RB's in a league like this, you're going to need them.  Also, due to already having a RB in the bank and depending on how your draft shakes out, you'll probably be able to draft a different top TE  a little earlier than normal if you want.

I still say Chubb because TE's are easier to find late in drafts.
