PPR Leagues that must start 3WR's (1 Viewer)

My software is putting several wr's in the top ten, based on having to start 3 WR's and getting 1 pt. per reception. Does this seem right?

must start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF- performance scoring with no flex.

It is currently showing Holt, CJ, and Steve Smith at 8,9, and 10. Keep in mind that this is from a static VBD ranking. Using dynamic VBD, it might not be the best strategy to select them there because of the likely dearth of talent at the RB position in later rounds.

Well, I'd be tempted to go RB, WR, WR if the big names were still available.
