I'm thinking of putting some cash on this game......I don't know how much the Eagles will miss Westbrook, but with a -3 spread, is it too good to pass up? Chicago can't put points on the board like the Eagles, and with both teams with a good defense, I think Philly will beat the spread...any ideas?
