Prince Plays Pantera (1 Viewer)

I searched quickly but didn't see anything posted about this.

Within seconds of Prince's performance of "Plectrumelectrum" on Saturday Night Live I noticed how similar the main guitar riff is to the one featured in Pantera's "I'm Broken". The more he played it the more it became clear that it's blatantly identical.

Saturday was the first time I heard the song/rip off and just felt like posting about now. Not surprised everyone else hears it too. Like I said, a quick search of this forum didn't show any mention of it. Not sure how this qualifies as "pot meet kettle". Did I rip someone off?

Can't remember which song exactly, but one of the songs on Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Blood Sugar Sex magic" steals a riff off of Prince's Batdance. Sir Psycho Sexy maybe?
