IDP (DB, DL, LB): Norton, Bloom

My offensive numbers have been tweaked a couple of times already and I stand behind the projections (although many will still change over the next few weeks). However this is my first pass through the kicker and defensive projections and they will evolve over the course of the next several days.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention the new “IntelliSense” feature. In the majority of the cases we strive to win people money after the season is over by dominating their leagues. For a select few, it makes more sense to save their money up front and invest it. Either way, you will have more money in your pocket at the end of the season than you would of otherwise.

Have we lost the "Auction Settings" box this year? (with Team Cap / Fudge Factor / Min Bid factors)... that was available with the VBD Excel version... or is that something completely different (PD vs VBDxls?)

Please don't look at this as critism... It is a wonderful product already - especially the Team info pages - lovely!

Different product. The VBD has the fudge factor and auction settings. It has also been released to the website.

Why when I try to change the weights, it gets all screwed up in the projections? example, I set all offensive projections to 20 for each writer, but when I look at projections it is multiplying them by 200.

Pleas help and thanks for the great apps

Try clicking the Clear Weights before starting. Also make sure that only the experts for the current position have percentages. For example if you are setting QBs... make sure Herman, Norton and Bloom are set to zero.

My apologies to those who have pinged me about why my projections aren't in the Dominator yet. I was super busy proofing our magazine as well as doing some things with my "day job" and just didn't feel right letting my first set of projections fly in their current state. As many of you know, I normalize my numbers not just to match up on a team by team basis, but make sure the positional projections fit up against historical norms across a variety of meaesurables. Next week I'll be ready to roll.
