I am thinking of picking up Toomer off waivers and sticking him in at flex over Issac Bruce. Do you think the giants/skins game will be low scoring or a high scoring shootout ?

Toomer's old bones are so brittle, I'm thinking he breaks something the first time Taylor or Landry hits him.

What's not to like about Toomer? He has 11 receptions on 17 targets in two games. Just missed a TD last week. The Giants defense stinks, their running game is suspect and Plaxico is banged up. Got to think Eli goes to Toomer early and often this week. Whether those brittle bones hold up is another story.

As a NYG fan, I know that Eli loves to throw to Toomer cause he trusts him. With Plax hurting, he'll probably get a lot of looks, as I expect the GMen to have to continue to throw, because they will be behind with their terrible D. Another thread mentions Anthony Mix as a potential sleeper pick this week, but I still think Toomer gets most of the looks if Plax is useless.

I am starting Toomer in one league (A Johnson has to sit), and am considering him in another.
