Projections for Branch (1 Viewer)

Now that the trade is official, what are some of the ideas as to what Branch will do in Seattle. Assuming Jackson stays healthy, I would say that Branch starts opposite him in a few weeks, demoting Burelson to #4. I would take a shot at about 55 catches for 800 yards and 4-5 TD's for Branch for the rest of the season (being activate for week 3 forward). He will probably have a few good games, but don't see the consistency to be an every week start.

What other opinions are out there?

I would agree. I drafted Labor Day weekend when his value was at its nadir, so I got him real late. I think his only value as every week starter will come mid to late season if DJax can't stay healthy.

Conventional wisdom says he'll need a few weeks practice before he can contribute, but look at Stallworth........

I'll go out on a limb and say he puts up the best stats of his career...starting this week...D-Jack will eventually get injured again and Burleson is an enigma.

15 games

75 receptions

1020 yards (13.6 AVG)

7 TD

Branch... buy low?thoughts?
I cant see owners who have hung onto him letting him go for cheap before they see what hes gonna do with Seattle. Seattle isnt known for spreading the ball around like New England is, so he should get a bigger piece of the pie than he did from Brady. No way would I consider trading him for anything at this point because I dont really now what his value is.I drafted him and have been waiting for this week to come. I own Fitz, so now it looks like Branch will fill the Fitz void for me.
