I'm curious if anyone here projects a downside and upside in addition to their normal projections. My biggest issue on draft day is quantifying risk for individual players. I thought having the floor and ceiling next to the "best guess" projection might be useful.

Has anyone experimented with this?

Use Projection Dominator. Take the Min() and the Max() of the 5 experts projections. That alone should show which players may have some more risk than others.

A good way to capture some of this information is by forcing yourself to put prices to players in addition to projections. Your pricing will take into account risk factors that you can't directly quantify. It may noe be mathematically satisfying, but it sure plays well.
