Wife and I thinking of taking a Thursday/Friday off and driving down for a long weekend.

Is it safe? Who has been lately?

We used to hit TJ every couple of months just for a day trip...but haven't been back in years since things got crazy.

Is it still Lobstertown? Anything new down there to check out?

Looking for any tips and thoughts...thanks.

My Mom just drove from San Ignacio (lives there 9 months a year) and said it's safe to drive through Puerto Nuevo to the border. I haven't been in many years but even way back then the lobster thing was sorta played out - really wasn't cheap anymore...

Thinking of hitting Ensenada...thought I'd stop off at Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo on the way.

Bajamar was one of my favorite golf courses I've ever seen...would be nice to check it out again.
