QB Battles - any insight? (1 Viewer)

I have my draft today, and we are in a start 2 QB league, so starting QBs have huge value. I'd be interested in hearing some insight/analysis on these QB battles that have yet to be determined:

1. Tarvaris Jackson vs. Sage Rosenfels - I think Sage wins this one.

2. Luke McCown vs. Byron Leftwich - Looks like its Luke`s to lose.

3. Daunte Culpepper vs. Matt Stafford - I`m hearing Matt could start the season depending on how pre-season goes.

4. Kellen Clemons vs. Mark Sanchez

5. Alex Smith vs. Shaun Hill - I`m hearing this should be Shaun`s based on his winning record last year, but also hearing rumblings that the front office in SF wants Smith to win.

6. Brady Quinn vs. Derek Anderson - Unless Quinn completely chokes, I`d think the job is his.

I think I covered off all the realistic QB battles. Any analysis is aoppreciated. Please add any QB battles I may have missed!

2. I can't imagine the dough boy winning this one with his all day wind up. I see him 3rd seed. Freeman will sell tickets3. Stafford will sell tickets4. see above

Very premature for me to say this, but I think Luke McCown starts the season. First 2 practices he has been the best QB, but not significantly better than the other 2.

4. Kellen Clemons vs. Mark Sanchez

This one has all over it.Clemens knows the system and has more supporters in his teammates, but Sanchez is having better workouts. Maybe that's because Sanchez is making conservative throws while Clemens is making more realistic throws?? I don't know, but I would stay away. I don't think any Jet QBs will be fantasy factors this season.

Josh Freeman was teh suck yesterday at practice, he threw 2 INTs. He is playing with the 2nd & 3rd team the majority of the time now. It appears to be McCowns job to lose at the current moment.
