love how you two weren't anywhere to be found the last two weeks. Choads.
Defend you choad's suckage. Don't just call someone a choad. He was excellent last week. Had two really good scores at PFF but I'll just listen to LOD and cstu.He wasn't great the last 2 weeks. He was ok-ish.
I thought he was good against NO. Last week he was ok, but inaccurate. He was excellent last week. Had two really good scores at PFF but I'll just listen to LOD and cstu.He wasn't great the last 2 weeks. He was ok-ish.
He was better last week than he was in week 2. His receivers were not.I thought he was good against NO. Last week he was ok, but inaccurate. He was excellent last week. Had two really good scores at PFF but I'll just listen to LOD and cstu.He wasn't great the last 2 weeks. He was ok-ish.
They need to keep crab legs on the sideline like Marshawn's skittleslove how you two weren't anywhere to be found the last two weeks. Choads.
Too bad you disappear when he has decent games. But that's not in your character, whatever there is of it, is it?That's pick #4 on Stinkston.
I was here during the Saints game. It's still pick #4 today. Plus a fumble.Too bad you disappear when he has decent games. But that's not in your character, whatever there is of it, is it?That's pick #4 on Stinkston.

Winston was pro ready. All the FSU QBs were."Wake up call for my work ethic"
I think he has the right attitude (taking responsibility) but it's clear he wasn't ready to start week 1. A year on the bench behind Glennon would have helped him greatly.
How's that working out for you now?I welcome Lod's comments. He does more for Jameis n this board than anything else possible.

That's all ya got? There was no reason to be here in that fluke win vs one of the 3 worst teams in the league. The Saints handed the Bucs that game. Your bum just happened to be under center. That's it. It's not like he did anything to win it. He sucked that week just like he has sucked every week. He has done absolutely nothing that screams franchise QB. NOTHING.
Not, 'Look how great Winston looked and you disappear.'There is a pretty substantial difference in 7.25 YPA and 5.5. That stat alone is why Glennon is a bottom-tier starting option. Why don't you just tell me how good Alex Smith is with the football too.lod01 said:After 4 starts:
Mike Glennon - 106 for 181, 58.56% 997 yards, 6 TDs, 3 INTs...inferior team.
'Pro Ready' Winston - 73 for 133 54.89% 965 yards, 6 TDs, 7 INTs superior weapons to Glennon's.
Pretty much that's the definition of wasting the #1 overall pick.

The difference is monumental. With Manning you could see an NFL caliber QB as a rookie. This guy? Please. It shouldn't take 4 games to see that he blows. Skilled talent evaluators already know he sucks. Homers need to take the goggles off. He's going to need a terrific OL, and a fantastic D to carry him. That's the only way he survives. Manning carried the team.Yeah, I see what you mean. I remember another "Pro Ready" #1 pick who's first 4 games looked like this:After 4 starts:

Wonder what ever happened to that guy?
(Check's Google....)
Huh, looks like that "waste of a #1 pick" is currently the starting QB for the Denver Broncos. Looks like he's had a pretty nice career. Good thing most rational people don't write off a rookie QBs entire career as a "waste of a #1 pick" after four games.
You do realize I am currently winning this, just like I was winning in the Tebow and Vince Young threads. As of right now he definitely totally sucks and this is a guy that was labeled 'Pro Ready' by those who actually thought they knew what they were talking about....which as we have clearly seen, did not. He'll make some throws, every QB, even Leaf and J-Fat Russell did. You will think he has arrived. He will then disappoint you just like the Tebow and Young homers.Skilled talent evaluators already know he sucks.![]()
