QB Max Brosmer, MIN (2 Viewers)

Anyone else rooting (ugh) for JJM to play this week?

I need Justin Jefferson to not FF-suck. I'm not sure how one of the best WRs gets four yards?
Yeah, at least with JJM he can get 45!
If anyone had told me that I’d be benching JJ for any other reason other than injury for Troy Franklin week 13 before this season I would’ve told you to go get yourself psychologically evaluated but here we are. And I might be thinking about it again this week

Because it was needed...

Max Brosmer completed 19-of-30 attempts for 126 yards and four interceptions in the Vikings’ Week 13 loss against the Seahawks.

Brosmer was as overwhelmed as you’d imagine he’d be in his first NFL start against a stellar Seattle secondary. He made a series of basic mistakes, with the worst coming on a fourth down in the red zone when Brosmer flipped the ball to a group of Seahawks defenders — a play that resulted in a pick-six — rather than simply taking a long sack. With no arm strength and a near-total inability to find a secondary target if the first-read target was covered, Brosmer melted down and all but ensured J.J. McCarthy will be back under center as soon as he clears the league’s concussion protocol. Brosmer, an undrafted free agent, has likely made his last NFL start.

I also will lose my fantasy matchup facing the Seattle D.

One of these millennia the Vikings are going to identify a QB, draft him, develop him…and it is going to be glorious.
It still could be JJM. Dude’s had less than a dozen starts. He’s shown flashes, but that OL is Swiss cheese. No QB has a chance back there. If Darnold stayed on the team they’d have the exact same record.

Vikings are dumb if they don’t commit to developing JJM & their 1st 3 draft picks should be OL.
They have done a historically bad job of drafting. The GM needs to be gone because I have zero faith in him identifying anyone in the draft, let alone 2 linemen in the same draft. The Vikings have allocated a ton of draft capital and free agency money to OL in the last 6-7 years without anything to show for it.

This dude has no business playing QB in the NFL.

The only thing this MIN season has been good for is getting rid of the old phrase that some WRs are so good "they are QB proof"... MythBusters "Vikings edition" has blown that one up.
Still need an OL. Mahomes on this Vikings team goes 3-14, probably on the IR by week 9.

So JJM and Carson Palmer are better than Mahomes because they already have 4 wins with them.

I mean, I didn’t say that.

Seriously

In one league I have no choice but to roll the dice with him

I'm another, I have plenty of options and will be benching him
