Eli Manning (heel) is very likely to start Sunday barring a setback, sources tell Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News.

Every single sign points toward Eli playing Sunday. If he doesn't wake up with strange pain or injure the foot in warmups, he'll play.

Just to expand, it was said that since they don't have a 3rd QB, Eli could officially be "Active" w/out it necessarily mean he would start/play
