Offered QB Rivers and TE Olsen for WR K. Allen (Chargers)

Currently my QB is Fitzpatrick, possibly Tyrod Taylor if he comes back

Current TE is Evan Engram  

Current starting WRs are Cooks, Thielen , Allen. My issues is losing Allen I have to start DeVante Parker or Sterling Shepard. Is gaining Rivers enough to lose Allen?

There was a possibility I could get Mariota instead of Rivers?

If you can get taylor then no need to make the trade. I would even take several other wavier wire qbs in order to keep allen. If you are playoff bound, the dolphins QB either cutler or Moore has a good playoff schedule. 

Allen has a good schedule the rest of the season, and the upgrade of rivers over taylor is not enough to lose allen.

It's close, but I think I would stay put.  I don't think Rivers is that big of an upgrade, we don't know if Olsen will hold up, and losing Allen and replacing with Parker/Shepard could be really big.

Another vote for keeping what you got.  Taylor will be fine at QB, Engram may not be a downgrade to Olsen, and for all that you lose Allen.  Naw....I stay right where you are at.
