I honestly think you cant go wrong here. I would look at the corners they are playing against and play the weaker. I wouldn't expect more than a one point difference between the 2.
Both could have big days, but since both play horrible teams (NYJ, Chi), gamescript might leave 1 or both Qb's with modest 2nd halves of games.
Chicago's pass D is underrated. They didn't give up much yardage last season and they get Prince Amukamara now.
Even though TB signed D. Jackson, Winston struggled with the deep ball last year. It may take them some time to develop plans to mix Jackson, Brate, OJ Howard in with Evans.
Note that though Carr and Winston were close last year in points/game, Carr does much better in the 1st half of season better than 2nd half.
