First I think we need some definition of what qualifies as a QBBC
QB like Kolb who are pretty highly ranked are not normally thought of as being in a committee
So either you are talking
1) One fringe QB1 who you would wait until 8th/9h round to take and one complimentary quarterback you could take after that (often the play if you have waited that long is to take a pair with picks in 8/9 or 9/10
or
2) Two or three QB not at all considered as starters (so well beyond QB13 in a twelve team league) that you can draft LATE thereby stocking up on your RB and WR (and TE if required).....this is the more classic definition
If you are looking at #1, I think the ideal pair is Eli Manning & Donovan McNabb (check schedules - if time allows later I will post but can't do it now)
Others to look at would be Joe Flacco and Chad Henne
For comibnations for #2 (and I haven't completed the research on that) here are some quarterbacks with very friendly schedules - with some you need to have some risk tolerance (if you think Leinart is playable he is a great target for a committee*)
Alex Smith, SF - play Rams and SeaChickens twice plus Cardinals (who are better but questionable)
Matt Leinart, AZ - ditto
Matt Cassel, KC - look at the schedule
Jason Campbell, OAK - a perfect QBBC candidate with nice schedule
Vince Young, TEN
Matt Stafford, DET - again not for the risk adverse
Josh Freeman, TB - a huge arm and they will be behind in most all games
Chase will of course have a more complete analysis with his articles, but here is an example of a schedule you would love to see your QBBC have:
STL
STL
AZ or OAK
HOU or SD
NO or SD
SF
SEA
SEA
KC
SEA
KC
SF or MIA
STL
DEN
DEN
IND or DAL
Again the risk adverse might want to add a third quarterback, but that is the combined schedule for Leinart and Campbell
