How does the WR depth look behind Eddie Kennison and Samie Parker? Are there any players who've made an impression to possibly leapfrog Dante Hall as the #3?

Derrick Ross too.Also, what does he expect from SParker? There's very positive reports and a couple good stretch runs two year in a row. Break out season? Also, Herm says he wants to get the ball in DHall's hands more. Buy or sell? I see they signed Jeff Webb. How has he looked?

It's been nearly impossible to find a blurb since the draft on Howard, Ross, or Webb.

 
DL - How have Dalton and Browning looked? Is Simms still in the doghouse with the new coaches? What's the general feeling about Hicks return from injury, how likely will he return and start? How are contract negotiations going with Hali?

OL - Does he think Turley will be able to add enough mass to play RT? How are Jordan Black and Kevin Sampson playing and how big a dropoff will they be if forced to start at RT?

RB - Griffin or Brown? Who will it be?

 
How they plan to use Gonzo this year (i.e. is there going to be more of an effort to get him involved in the red zone given his drop in TD's last year)?

Is he taking LJ if he gets the first pick in his fantasy draft? If not, then in what order would he rank the "BIG 3"?
 
Hey Adam,

Can monster hitting rookie Bernard Pollard cover well enough to beat out incumbent SS Sammy Knight this year (not much question about his ability to tackle)... if so, is he advanced enough to start by the beginning of the season...

Is Tamba Hali expected to start immediately, & looking into the crystal ball, how many sacks do you see him getting in his rookie season...

Does DJ take it to another level this season, & is Kendrell Bell the long term answer at WLB...

Where do you see the KC defense finishing in 2006... is this the year that they field a unit worthy of one of the top offenses in the NFL & create enough overall team balance to propel the team into the playoffs?

Love hearing Adam on the radio and reading his stuff from The Kansas CIty Star here. I am curious of what he thinks on several fronts.

1. Can Will Svitek start @ RT for KC this season if something happens to Turley? What about 2007--does the KC brass see him as the apprentice @ LT when Roaf retires?

2. Any chance that Gunther employs a 3-4 look at times? With the situation @ DT muddled, and a dearth of quality backup LBs, could we see guys like Kris Griffin, Boomer Grigsby, etc utilized more in 2006?

3. Are the Chiefs counting on anything from Jeff Webb this season? The #3 WR and beyond at that position is so muddled. What are they expecting from those individuals like Thorpe, Jeris McIntyre, Webb?

4. In relation to #3, what is the rationale behind wanting to use Dante Hall as WR3 more. Its been crystal clear that he is more potent as a KR and he remains fresh if he isnt on the field for 25 snaps a game on offense.

5. What is the relationship between Larry Johnson and the rest of the locker room? He sems to be quite the individual and you never hear of other guys really being buddies with him. With LJ wanting a new deal soon, could his attitude become a distraction?

What Bob said and...Is there any concern over the ages of the Chiefs offensive players or is the feeling that everyone is good to go for another season or two?
 
How much will Herm Edwards commitment to be more conservative on offense decrease the offense's total statistical output?

 
Will Parker hold off The Crap this year? Does The Crap make a push this year?

I heard him on the radio this morning. No mention of Crap. He said if Parker can't handle the load, they'll bring in a vet.Crap.

 
Thoughts on McKenzie Smith and Rich Scanlon, more detail the better. There just isn't much info on the web on these two. I think Scanlon is their best run stuffing MLB despite everyone else here disagreeing with me.

No joke-Has herm spoken about Curtis Martin and what has he said? Huge fan of Curtis and from what I've read so is Herm so....just curious.

I'm not Adam Teicher, but that's too easy to answer. Yes, the fans are ready, because: (1) Gonzalez is not the only pass-catching threat; in fact, he's the second option as of right now - at least until he steps it back up; and (2) defenses focused on Johnson last season. I don't know why some people think that Johnson wasn't a focal point of defense's gameplans, but he was. I mean, hello - he was tearing the NFL a new one for many consecutive weeks; coming from no where and surprising people just isn't a valid excuse.San Diego, for example, had already seen Johnson once in the season and had also seen him do damage to every defense he faced -- do you actually think that their gameplan was to stop Trent Green or to sit back and defend the wide receivers? Please.

 
First off, great job bringing Teicher in, he's one of my faves in the KC area.

The Chiefs have a ton of talent starting, but how's the depth at QB, RB, and offensive line?

What affect will the Roaf retirement have on the OL positioning? What expected result for LJ and the rushing offense? Will Gonzo's receiving role be lessened because of the loss of Roaf?

Any news on Cro Thorpe? This guy was a stud @ FSU his junior year, but never seemed to bounce back from his late junior year injury.
