Quick & Easy Minor League Updates? (1 Viewer)

Fear & Loathing

Footballguy
I play in a keeper league, and in the past I've always checked the JDM Scoresheet site for daily minor league coverage. They had prospect coverage that was always quick, easy & user-friendly.

Any suggestions for a replacement daily update site now that JDM has called it quits after 10 years?

We should just post the lines for top minor league prospects.

I suggest:

H. Bailey, P. Hughes, Y. Gallardo, M. Garca, Adam Miller, Andrew Miller, T. Lincecum, J.P. Howell and J. Niemann. Follow these guys plus whoever else stands out.

After much research, it looks like Baseball America's daily e-mail updates are going to be the best option here.

I remembered that I used to subscribe to this e-mail list back when Kevin Goldstein (now with Baseball Prospectus) was putting it together. I preferred JDM for updates, but the Baseball America updates should be able to capably fill the void until someone steps up and takes the baton from JDM.

an upgrade on the daily email from BA is their prospect bloghttp://www.baseballamerica.com/blog/prospects/

It is more textual and includes writeups along with stats

Good call. This looks like exactly what I've been searching for.

Cameron Maybin (Lakeland Flying Tigers) just turned 20 and has amazing 5 tool talent. Last year he hit .304 with 59 extra base hits, and 27 SB. He has gotten off to a slow start in 07, but he did something amazing on April 11th- scored an inside the park homerun in both games of a doubleheader
