I feel like Jayden Daniels is the clear-cut rookie of the year. Love Bowers, but a TE isn't winning it, especially on a team fighting for the #1 pick, and Nix isn't doing anything better than Daniels is. I feel like the fact Washington had the #2 pick and has looked like a playoff team ALL season, only adds to his case. Also probably a case for Dan Quinn as coach of the year, but I digress as this is about Vegas and TB.
I think this is one of those games where the Raiders jump up to an early lead, but can't maintain momentum, and Baker Mayfield has a big 2nd half as TB claws back and wins. I do wonder if Bucky Irving is slightly overrated this week. I'm not saying bench him or anything, but I could see him back in the 12-15 range, and this being more of a Baker week. Rachaad White is probably a sneaky RB2 start, and obviously Evans could have multiple TDs against this awful CB group.
For the Raiders, I think the running game continues to be better than it was under Getsy. I feel like the ascension of Jordan Meredith at LG, and moving Jackson Powers-Johnson (other than that 1 snap last week) has also been a catalyst for the improved run game, more so than the actual RBs. Also, TB is awful against TEs, Brock Bowers TE1 week is easy to see happening, as Bowles is more likely to blitz and leave 1-1s than he is to bracket cover.
